'Time for another customization tutorial and this time we're looking at the Symbol Designer. This vid's pretty delayed due to a few minor setbacks and one major setback.
My apologies. This vid will have three segments: 1) I showcase all the symbols on my main account and my enfo to give newcomers and people that haven't played some examples of what can be made in the designer. (I'd show my Alice char's symbols too but I accidentally deleted them it seems;; I thought I mailed them from my main char to my Alice char before deleting them but I guess I didn't.) 2) I give a tutorial on all the aspects of the designer, how to use the tools and give some tips. 3) A speed demo where I create a 100 layer symbol from start to finish while giving tips and techniques along the way.
I made sure it was a 100 layer symbol because there are techniques for reducing your layer count near the end that I wanted to cover. For the record, the raw footage for the demo was 4 hours and it was done in 3 sittings. This footage was sped up to take only 16.5 minutes =P Enjoy!
