SNAPDEAL Complaints & Reviews - REFUND OF MONEY SNAPDEAL,India Location: India CELIN JAY on 16-07-14 REFUND OF MONEY I ordered an India Black Mild Steel and Aluminium Oversized Pocket Watch wall clock from Snapdeal online shopping and the delivery of the consignment happened as per schedule promised on the site and I duly paid Rs.1691/- for the clock. It was a damaged piece and moreover I did not like the piece and therefore went through the easy return policy of the company and trust pay.I mailed help@snapdeal.com the images of damaged product. My complaint no.7644700 was lodged and a reverse packing code and courier tracking number was mailed to me of which I have taken a print and have stuck the same on the consignment to be returned. Snapdeal had assured me by mail that if the courier collection does not happen in 48 hours I should inform them. I have been waiting for the courier to come and pick it up but there is no sign whatsoever. I have been calling them on 0 and have also mailed them on customer.support@delhivery.com but apart from talking they have not done anything. I have been sending my complaints to kunal.bahl@snapdeal.com and rohit.bansal@snapdeal.com the email ids of the CEOs also but to no avail.

It seems the deal is closed from their side with me holding the offensive damaged clock while they have pocketed my hard earned Rs.1691/-.I would like to add the interest on this money as well as the cost of mental harassment to me. 4 Years ago by CELIN JAY (Disagree) On 20th evening I received a call from one Mr Amit Kumar from SNAPDEAL telling me not to worry and that SNAPDEAL will set everything right. However the return consignment is still at my residence 18 days after I lodged my request for reverse pick up which has made their TRUSTPAY and GUARANTEED 7 DAY RETURN SCHEME big jokes. This is what I want of SNAPDEAL now. Return my rs.1691 by online transfer immediately and take away the return consignment at their leisure or pay me savings bank interest of 4% from date of lodging a request for return till the date of actual payment. 4 Years ago by CELIN JAY (Disagree) 21 days and still counting. SNAPDEAL has failed irrevocably in solving my problem. On 24th evening I received a call from Mr Joseph of SNAPDEAL telling me how sorry they were.

Your words are of no use to me. What matters to me is that you are sitting on my hard earned money and the interest entitled to me. You pleaded the cause of heavy rainfall in Mumbai for non collection and non refund but for the past 5 days we are having fair weather here and you have done nothing. I request you to refund my money and then collect your package at leisure. 4 Years ago by CELIN JAY (Disagree) It is going to be a month and SNAPDEAL is still sitting over my money,the interest on it and not collected the return consignment. Everytime I lodge a remark a person from SNAPDEAL calls me up with inane talk. Maybe it is time I really believe that they are nothing but a bunch of swindlers.

The quality of goods you sell are comparable to a kabaadi waala but to give credit to a kabaadi waala atleast they are honest and give true value for worth instead of cheating and looting people like me off their hard earned money. Apologies not accepted, only cash. Call me if you are ready to transfer my money.
